boosting your rankings for these keywords by just a few positions to page one can often massively boost traffic.<\/p>\n<p>For example, we rank in position 11 for \u201cpagerank\u201d:<\/p>\n<figure Google Keyword Planner<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ads.google.com\/intl\/en_uk\/home\/tools\/keyword-planner\/\">Google Keyword Planner<\/a> is a keyword research tool for advertisers. But you can also use it to find keywords for SEO. Otherwise, you risk seeing skewed numbers due to seasonality.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For example, our traffic always dips in December when people are off enjoying the holiday season. If we were to compare the first and last six months of the year, the numbers would be skewed and might lead us astray.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/trends.google.com\/trends\/\">Google Trends<\/a> visualizes the relative search popularity of a keyword over time. It also shows related rising and breakout searches.
